And I’m the pre & postnatal fitness expert to help you experience all the things you thought were out of reach.

I've never shied away from a challenge. As an entrepreneur, outdoor weekend warrior, and twin mama, I know the value in pushing yourself when it’s beneficial. When I had my twins, I saw how lackluster the support system was for pregnant & postpartum women. You give birth, and are sent home with a sheet of phone numbers and a “Good luck” from the nurses. I knew mamas needed more.

I got tired of new parents being left to their own devices when it came to postnatal recovery. They need support and direction to an active lifestyle, where they see their capabilities and find joy in moving their bodies. Movement is medicine when it comes to how you feel about yourself, and your wellness is priceless.

I believe that “Bouncing back” is bullshit. And I believe that slow is fast when it comes to postpartum recovery and strength training.

My Grandma was incredible. She gave to everyone, but she always put herself last. Before she passed, she told me she wasn’t ready to go. She wished she had done more, believed in herself more, and took better care of herself. Whoa, right? I believe that you deserve to feel strong in your body and abilities. Having the strength to keep up with All. The. Things. you tackle each day, and moving your body outdoors in a way that feels right is a complete game changer.

With my Bachelor of Kinesiology in one hand, and my certifications as a personal trainer and pre/postnatal fitness specialist in the other, I made it my mission to create an elevated option. I’m also a hiking leader who likes beer, snowboarding, and laughter - in that order. I’ll help you stay strong during your transition to motherhood, and get back to roaming the outdoors with confidence.
