We start with practicing our diaphragmatic breathing to make sure we correctly engage our diaphragm, transverse abdominus muscle and pelvic floor. Then we move onto the 2 circuits. First circuit is perfect for Moms in their 4th trimester or Moms who are struggling with core engagement. The second circuit is a level up from the first. Feel free to rewind the video and repeat the circuits 1-2 more times.
