As a certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness trainer, with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, I know how bodies are meant to work. I also know that there are so many factors that affect how you feel during and after your pregnancy. I take the guesswork out of knowing how to modify exercises in pregnancy so that you can stay active and prepare for birth. I guide you in your postnatal recovery, then show you what exercises to do in your strength rebuild, how to crank it up a notch, and fitting it in around your new addition. I’ve got you covered when it comes to workouts, active rest days (think walking, breathwork, or dance parties in your living room), and total rest days – where cuddling on the couch is totally productive!
Bringing life into this world takes A LOT, and you need a whole lotta TLC and support to be your best.
I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to always feel exhausted, uninspired, or hard on yourself. I’m not here for weigh ins, before & after shots, or punishing ourselves. You’re not in need of fixing, you just need direction and support.

As a twin Mom, I’m no stranger to the reality of postpartum hurdles. But in the right time, I didn’t let that stop me from feeling at home in my body. I had grown life, and even though things weren’t how they used to be, I wasn’t going to let that prevent me from finding joy in movement. And you shouldn’t either!

What happens in your specific birth will determine your recovery, and nobody else’s. We’re each on our own postpartum journeys, so there’s no room for comparison here! I’m here to push you to do your best, whatever that looks like for you.
