As a certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness trainer, with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, I know how bodies are meant to work. I also know that there are so many factors that affect how you feel postpartum. I take the guesswork out of knowing where to start in your postnatal recovery, what exercises to do, how to crank it up a notch, and fitting it in around your new addition. I’ve got you covered when it comes to workouts, active rest days (think walking or breathwork), and total rest days – where cuddling on the couch is totally productive!

Bringing life into this world is A LOT, and you need a whole lotta TLC and support to be your best again. I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to always feel exhausted, uninspired, or hard on yourself. I’m not here for weigh ins, before & after shots, or punishing ourselves. You’re not in need of fixing, you just need direction and support.

I believe that movement is medicine, and that working out is about celebrating what our bodies can do – not about punishment. What happens in your specific birth will determine your recovery, and nobody else’s. We’re each on our own postpartum journeys, so there’s no room for comparison here! I’m here to push you to do your best, whatever that looks like for you.

It’s so important to me that you feel like your best self. Someone who is strong, capable, confident, and goes after anything that feels out of reach. I want you to lose the “All or nothing” mindset, because even small, consistent changes will get you where you want to go.
