Through functional strength and endurance training I will help you hike further, bike faster, and ski stronger. Whatever your outdoor passion may be, I will provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to support an active lifestyle and to keep you going on your adventures.
Nobody wants a minute man nor does anybody want to be that minute man. In the RoamFurther class we are going to work on your overall endurance. So you can get after those long hikes or ski from the minute the chairlifts start running until its closing time. Often times our brain gives up before our body does, so we will also be challenging your mental toughness with isometric finishers.
Strength X Speed=Power. We need power when mountain biking over roots, rocks, and short steep climbs. We also need it when rock climbing routes that are overhanging. In the RoamFaster class we will focus on executing proper form in multi-planar movements, core stability and strength, and then finish off with a circuit of power movements to fire up your cardiovascular system.
