Take your skiing, snowboarding, or ski touring to the next level this season.

Whether you ride chairlifts or spend your time in a skin track, this six week training camp will increase your strength and endurance, so you can clock in as many days as possible shredding the pow.

Through functional training and mobility I will provide you with the tools to ensure you are in the best shape all winter.

What It Includes

18 group training sessions and 2 hours of Fascial Stretch Therapy.

We will conduct initial and final testing to measure your progress and keep you accountable.

Where & When

Wednesday and Fridays at 7:00 am at the MYoLab Clinic located at 300, 227 10th Street NW. Saturdays at 8:30 am at the Memorial Stairs.
