If you are looking to start or continue an active lifestyle during your pregnancy, or you want to reduce lower back pain, and any other discomforts from your pregnancy, then you should sign up for personal training. Strength training is suitable for any pregnant woman as long as you don't have any complications. Whether you are a first-time mom, a third-time mom, three months pregnant or seven months pregnant. Working at the appropriate level of intensity for yourself, we will focus on proper and functional movement, core strength, and your pelvic floor. We will train together, we will sweat, and we will laugh while doing so!

Inspired by a phrase you would have heard in the delivery room (or where ever it is that you laboured!), I will echo these same sentiments to encourage you to give it your all, all the while safely working out with your baby by your side.
