Grab your skin track partner and spend a weekend adventuring and relaxing in the beautiful Purcell and Columbia mountains.

Chris Spicer, an ACMG Ski guide based out of Revelstoke, will pilot our mission to find the best vistas and powder turns. Kristen Kaethler will help us fuel and recover from all the roaming we will do. I will guide you through functional body maintenance, to make sure you move right so you can ski or snowboard all winter long.

Your weekend adventure includes:

  • 3 nights accommodation in a cozy mountain home.

  • Hot tub.

  • Delicious, healthyish meals & energy filled snacks.

  • 1 Cooking/meal prep lesson.

  • 1-1 Nutrition wellness session

  • Two days of guided backcountry roaming; splitboarding or skiing.

  • Functional strength and mobility sessions ideal for snowboarders & skiers.

  • 30 minute Fascial Stretch Therapy Session.


*You must have at least your Avalanche Skills Training Level 1 in order to attend these Winter retreats.

*You are responsible for all your splitboard/ski gear and Avalanche Safety Gear (Transceiver, Probe & Shovel). Upon registration you will get a list of required equipment.
